So I made two reservations for 9:30pm and I can’t wait to hear which one you choose. Both restaurants have Two Michelin Stars, so I’m sure we’ll be happy at either. The first is Joe Beef. This is the most famous restaurant in Montreal, with a menu that changes every day. As the name implies, lots of things on the menu are non-vegetarian, but I’ve done a bit of research and it seems like it’s great for vegetarians, too. Even still, I made another reservation at Toque! Montreal. Given that you’re nearing retirement-age and you ~studied abroad in college~, I’m sure this isn’t the first you’ve had poutine, and I’m also sure you have some opinions about it. But this is a non-negotiable. Grab a Drink in Old Montreal We’re both working on Friday, but we’ll leave as soon as you’re done and showered—I already told everyone if they need to meet with me, I’ll take it on the phone while driving, so I can leave whenever.
